Looking for simple AIP Slow Cooker recipes that for your Autoimmune diet? You are in luck! Here is a list of 20 fun recipes like AIP Chili, AIP Soup and more!

Raise your hand if you love your slow cooker! As someone who makes more of her family’s food from scratch, there is nothing better than dumping a bunch of ingredients in a pot, hitting a button and then walking away.
A couple of hours later the fragrant smell of dinner will fill my house and dinner will be done with only a few minutes of thought on my part.
For anyone who is on or just starting the diet, you know that AIP is the most hardcore of all the diet.
Forget about eating out. It’s impossible.
When you take into account all of the foods you can not eat – dairy, eggs, nuts, seeds, nightshades, grains, and gluten – there is no way you can guarantee your food was not cross contaminated at a restaurant.
So that means more time in the kitchen cooking and well, using your slow cooker is almost as good as a personal chef (almost).

Hi Kelly! Thank you so much for including my Creamy Crockpot Lemon Chicken Kale Soup in your post. What a fabulous lineup of recipes you have in this post! Using the slow cooker (especially when starting out on AIP) makes things so easy. Wishing you the best as you embark on your own AIP journey!! xo-jessica
Thank you Jessica and your recipe looks amazing!
Kelly- I hope you can jump into AIP with tons of great resources and support! Its not easy, but I would not change a thing about my AIP journey. It truly helped me to find things that were truly causing issues for my body and allowed my body to heal A LOT. Meal planning has been the real key for me. If I have a plan and stick to it, I always have something for myself to eat. I always take something with me when I head out anywhere, especially when there will be food served. Good luck and if you ever need any help, support, or just want to vent about it (it happens!) shoot me a message!
Hey Kelly! Thanks so much for your post. I feel for you, with your long work days and just starting AIP. Wishing you well and hoping you get some rest! Take care and thanks again for all you do!

Hi Kelly – Cheers for the link to my wee AIP Osso Buco recipe (Its one of my favourites!)
Would you believe I gave my slow cooker away to my neighbour? I thought I just preferred to use my Le Creuset… and then I tried my Mum’s slow-cooker pulled pork over the weekend while on a trip home – I may be investing in a new slow cooker!
Best of luck on your AIP journey.

the link for the honey garlic chicken wings in crock pot does not work.
Oh, sadly it looks like she has closed her blog down. I replaced it with a aip Hawaiian pork recipe.
Super random question, I’ve had the AIP beef chili by cakescookglutenfree before and loved it. I can’t access her website anymore to get the receipe, can you? Or do you have the receipe or know where I can find it?? Thanks for your help, I have benefitted so much from your blog!!
Hi Sharon, unfortunately it looks like her site is gone. Here is another recommendation https://autoimmunewellness.com/magic-chili-dairy-nightshade-gluten-grain-free/
Awww, the link to SLOW-COOKER BEEF SHORT RIBS WITH MUSHROOMS leads to a dead end. And I was looking forward to the recipe. Oh well, thanks for all the other links!
I just replaced it with another beef short rib recipe! A lot of bloggers have let go our their sites which is rather sad.
