How hard is the Paleo diet?
In all reality, it’s really not a hard diet plan to stick to. You get to eat so many great foods that are rich in protein that you don’t have to feel like you’re missing out. This means that you can enjoy meats and nuts and other tasty treats without worrying that you’re missing out on anything at all.
