What to eat

We shall start from the positive side and the products that will surely have a good impact on you! So, what to cook and eat?

Red Fish

It is very good to consume the necessary fats (yes, they are differentiated). Hence, you must increase the number of fatty acids called OMEGA-3 to remain focused. Redfish, such as salmon, contain these fats. You may also increase the consumption of such fishes as tuna, herring, and sardine. Anyway, fish is a great replacement for fat meat. Moreover, it lowers the chance to get cancer, Alzheimer’s syndrome, and anxiety. The positive consequence is strengthening your cognitive skills.

Green Vegetables

It is not a secret that vegetables are a guarantee for your health. Nevertheless, it is important to eat the right ones in order to enhance the work of your brain. They are very rich in Vitamin C and antioxidants, which help the mind to become even “sharper”. Avocado, broccoli, arugula, spinach, lettuce – these are your saviors!

Dark Chocolate

Fizzy and Sweet Drinks

Do not misuse such drinks as Coke, Pepsi, Sprite, etc. In fact, they may be useful in long car tours, but you don’t have them daily. Furthermore, if we consume them a lot, the risk of getting diabetes, or even dementia, which has a direct effect on brain work, can rise!

Trans Fats

We have already mentioned them above, but it’s important to emphasize them again. Burgers, chips, french truffle fries, in brief – all fast-food goods must be excluded, if you want to be a good and hard-working student. These work like an anchor to our learning process and in the future may cause Alzheimer’s syndrome.
