We’re going to my sister-in-law’s house for Christmas so I’m going whip up a small Christmas Dinner on Christmas Eve for my family. Now, I know some of ya’ll like to shake up Christmas with prime rib or a tasty ham but I have to do turkey again. Oh man, I didn’t get to have any gravy on Thanksgiving as my SIL uses flour in her recipe so I’m making a bucket full on Monday. Here’s the feast we plan to have.
Roasted Turkey and Pan Gravy
Instant Pot Cranberry Sauce
Mashed Cauliflower and Celery Root
Creamed Brussels Sprouts
Keto Deviled Eggs
Crustless Mini Pecan Pies (grain-free)
Sounds like a great feast! I hope you enjoy the turkey! 🙂 Merry Christmas!
Merry Christmas to you too! I have to check out your puppy chow. Sounds awesome!

mmmm turkey! I could eat turkey made like that every day lol. Also I love mashed cauliflower so I’ll have to try your recipe with the celery root!
