Cook Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. First grind the walnuts into a flour in your food processor or blender.
  2. Place in a small bowl and add the coconut flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon.
  3. In another small bowl mash the banana and add the eggs and honey.
  4. Mix these two together until you have a dough.
  5. Lastly fold in the dark chocolate chips and cherries.
  6. Take a greased 8” x 8” pan and place the dough in it. Push the dough into a bar shape.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
