6 weeks ago, I stumbled across a weight loss story sharing how T-Tapp helped a woman (who was also using a top fat burner) lose 13.5″ in 2 weeks and I knew that I had to try it.  I’ve been struggling to lose weight since since my son was born – HELLO he’s 2 now.  Anyhow, I started burning up the internet trying to figure out what Is T-Tapp and learn how it works so effectively?  I mean, how many workouts state “Results are Typical.”

I was pretty excited when I was sent the Basic Workout Plus, Step away inches, Basic Plus Tempo, Barefoot Basic and Yes, You can with T-Tapp Seminar.

I tried every workout dvd and each was challenging.  I also found myself doing the exercises throughout my day.  Take for instance the Step Away the Inches workout.  I made it a point to walk the way the workout teaches when I’m running errands throughout the day.

I primarily did the Basic Plus Tempo DVD and used the the techniques taught in the Barefoot Basic dvd.  I workout barefoot 90% of the time so I love that T-Tapp has a workout tailored to those who follow this workout regime.  Also the workout is only 15 minutes long! Yes, that’s right, it’s  15 minutes long but don’t be fooled and think that it’s easy.  Every time I do the workout, I break out in a sweat and have to blast the fan on me during it since I get pretty warm.

So what was my exercise plan?

I did a 10 day boot camp using the Basic Plus Tempo and then I did the workout every other day for 6 weeks.

My diet was the same although 3 weeks into working out with T-Tapp, I started doing  this one thing.

So where did I lose my inches?

Bust/Chest44″42″

Waist39″36″

I am so pleased with my results and I can’t believe I lost 3″ in my waist!

This program works and I know it will help me reach my goal before I know it.

    • Wow, fantastic results! I can really see a difference in your waist/abdominal area. As we’re told, belly fat produces hormones we don’t want so anything that reduces belly fat is so good for us.

Keep it up! I’d love to see an update in a few months.

  1. I’d be intersted in trying the T-Tap Broom DVD. It’ll be interesting to see how an everyday house item can be used in a workout.

  4. I would like to try the Total Workout but being realistic I’ll start with the Basic Workout and go from there. I’ve heard of T-Tapp before. Alison Golden of the blog Paleo/Non Paleo is a great believer in it. With winter not too far off, this would be a great program to avoid being sedentary!

  5. What great results! I’ve heard about this workout before, but haven’t looked into it. Fit and Fabulous in 15 Minutes is my kind of workout 🙂

  6. The T-Tap Basic Workout Plus DVD looks like a good one. However, overall I think the 15 minutes workouts would be more ideal – because of it being less time – I might be more apt to sticking with it, since it would be such a long time working out… especially since I could see results even though you are not spending hours working out.

  7. As a new Type 1 diabetic with 30 pound to loose this sounds perfect. Not so long a workout that I have to worry about low blood sugar but with all the benefits of stronger bones and possible muscle gain. Thanks so much for sharing T-Tapp.

  9. Way to go! You look great. Thanks for sharing your details. I know how you feel. After the birth of my third child, I was at my heaviest. Within 18 months, I have lost 70 lbs, but still have 15 more to lose. It’s so hard to shed the last bits of weight gain, but you are inspiring me. Thanks! Blessings, Diana

  10. You convinced me! I’m in! Did the practice videos and ordered the basic. I had been thinking about – sigh- rejoining a gym but this is the ticket. I feel the difference and I am looking forward to having a personal coach to cheer me on. I am a big believer in brief workouts. Thanks for sharing and for your amazing progress!

        • Hi Kiru, thanks. Actually, I’ve gained some weight from creating my cookbook Paleo Eats (trust me I think it’s unavoidable when you are cooking and creating for six months). I’m working to get back on track now.

          • Hi Kelly! I ordered the T Tapp basic a couple days ago. While googling whether it was a good workout. I found your review… Found it funny that I just listened to you for the first time on Jimmy Moores podcast today. Congrats on new book! I hope this workout works for me too 🙂

  11. I’ve been T-Tapping for 5 years and I will never stop. It has done so much for me in addition to inch loss. Carpal tunnel syndrome– gone. Achilles tendonitis– almost gone. Neck pain– gone. Knee pain–gone. Expensive chiropractic care– gone. Teresa Tapp is an amazing person and she really, truly cares about people. If you ever have a chance to go to her retreat or a session with one of her trainers, do it!
