Video Tutorial: How to Make Paleo Pizza Crust

Sharing is caring!

I’m going to just put it out there and say this is one of the best damn Paleo pizza crust ย recipes. I have spent the last 4 years trying to figure out a recipe that Mr. Bejelly would actually eat. He hated the meatza. He hated the cauliflower crust pizza. He hated the almond flour crust and this is the first recipe that made him smile and say, now that’s a pizza crust.

If you can get this recipe down you can tackle any of my tapioca flour recipes. Here is the recipe for my Paleo Pizza Crust.

I’m going to start doing video tutorials of my some of my recipes, so if you’ve found one that is giving you trouble, leave me a comment or email me.

I can’t make out what kind of oil you say you use when you don’t use olive oil.

    Can you freeze this dough?

    1. Kelly Bejelly March 7, 2014 at 10:15 am

Hi Lindsey! You can bake it and freeze it. Many folks have done this successfully.

Like the looks of this and plan on trying later this week. Is this freezable? I like to make in bulk often and just pull out, put toppings, and bake. Any advice? Thanks!!

What do you use for cheese on your pizza?

    1. Kelly Bejelly March 27, 2015 at 5:59 pm

I do eat dairy so I would use full fat mozzarella.
