Ok, while I may enjoy my carnivore tendencies on the Paleo diet, now and then, I enjoy a vegetarian meal. I was a vegetarian for 9 years and while the diet did not work for me, I still enjoy a mountain of veggies with lots of butter.

Also, I think people get the misconception that you have to eat tons of meat on the diet. One of my favorite paleo books “Primal Mind, Primal Body” recommends only 6 ounces of natural protein a day. That’s not very much – it’s about the size of a deck of cards.  There are also Paleo Vegetarians which is rather interesting. Anyhow here are seven tasty Paleo Vegetarian meal ideas.

  1. I’m following the Ultimate Reset and I’m currently on a Vegan Phase I have to say I’m not all too found of it. I don’t mind vegetables but sometimes it is too much.

  2. Wow you were a vegetarian for seven years then decided it wasn’t for you, crazy 🙂 I like my meat to much but eat pretty vegetarian I would say during the day. All those recipes sound delish!
