Thanks for the list. I made the Mexican chicken soup last night, and it was delicious. I added 1 yellow squash and 1 zucchini, and my husband added some red pepper flakes, other than that we stuck to the recipe. I think I will make it again this weekend for my MIL and FIL for Mother’s Day. Can’t wait to try some more.
