Babies and toddlers are cute and messy little humans when they are first born as well as throughout their early years. Which can be very good (or bad) for the parents. One thing that can create those messes (or memories) are by starting to go from organic baby formula or milk, to fruits, vegetables and meat. Luckily, most recipes can be made paleo and are quite similar to growing up in an average household.
Babies between the ages of 4 and 6 months, are ready to start eating solids. At 6-9 months, they can be introduced to meat, and at 9-12 months dairy. The best and only way to introduce the youngster to solids is to puree their food, which is when the food is processed enough to be sort of like a liquid. (You can use the Baby Bullet, or any other Ninja food processor to puree.)
