Paleo Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ok, I know the absolute last thing I should be eating right now is sweets but, after the week I had, ย chocolate was necessary. ย  ย Who knew ย how stressful selling a house could be. ย I sure didn’t. ย  ย Now, I can see why I gained a pound this week versus had a loss. ย  Anyhow, I needed a cookie that spoke chocolateย chocolatenessย and this Paleo Double Chocolate Chip Cookie does it. ย It’s super simple too.

Could you sub almond flour or maybe coconut butter for half of the almond butter? I don’t have quite that much in the house at the moment…
