easily add gelatin to coffee

If there is anything I love, it’s a cup of hot coffee overflowing with cream, cinnamon and gelatin with a big paleo cinnamon roll. Yep, that’s right. I love gelatin in my coffee.

I had been slacking on making bone broth every week and I wanted an easy, no fuss way to get the amazing benefits of gelatin in my diet.   After googling, I discovered people were adding it to their coffee (in my case dirty chai) and tea.   First, I was worried about the taste.  If you’ve ever made anything with too much gelatin you know that it tastes like old shoes (don’t ask me how I know what old shoes taste like).

Dunkin Donuts is also celebrating this month by highlighting the things you love in their Mug Up contest.
