Water is part of our lives, and it plays a huge role in helping us survive every day. Also, water is considered to be the best and most healthy drink of all times since it has no calories as compared to other beverages. Coffee
Coffee is another excellent drink that has various nutritional benefits for the body. I prefer to have coffee in my dirty chai.. First off, it is an antioxidant and works as a stimulus that enables us to retain good working heart and stay active all day long. Note that the best coffee to take if you want to get all the benefits is black or unsweetened coffee since it has zero calories as compared to the coffee that has added sugars. Avoid taking too much coffee as it may result in excess caffeine in your system. Take at most three cups of coffee in a day.
Green Tea
Green tea is another drink that you must consider having to maintain a healthy body. Majority of people who are overweight are requested to take green tea as a method of helping them lose weight. Green tea works by burning and lowering the number of bad calories in the body. Aside from these activities, green tea is also equipped with antioxidant properties that help in fighting various diseases such as cancer. For those who cannot be able to take everyday green tea, adding a half teaspoon of honey to your cup of tea will work since natural honey does not have a high amount of calories as compared sugars.
Milk
Milk is made up of calcium and vitamin D which are essential for promoting the growth and strengthening of the bones in the body. Parents are advised to give their children milk from a young age up to the stage of adolescent since this is the time their bones are developing, and they are active as well.
