We sometimes, as a result of our health, need to make changes in our diet to make sure that we are eating the healthiest foods and products that we can eat. Additionally, sometimes that means cutting sugar almost or completely out to keep our blood sugar at good levels. Thankfully, we have several options out there to get a little bit of that sweet back. In this post, I have listed for you 10 sugar substitutes that you can use in your every day life. Enjoy!

This commonly known sweetener is best in its liquid form. It has no calories, vitamins or other nutrients which makes it the best option to add to your morning tea for a little sweet.

Now Foods Erythritol Powder 100% Pure 2.5 lb


Used in smaller servings, Erythritol is a natural sugar alcohol that is found in our fruits and vegetables. It has no calories, and is one of the better products to use in low carb cooking.
